Skeletone comprises calcium and magnesium salts of natural organic fruit acids and has no adverse effect on gastric acidity. It mildly increases blood alkalinity, which is favourable for the retention of minerals.
Calcium and Magnesium Powder for Bone Health
Dissolve a 5 ml medicine measure in water and take after meals once or twice daily, morning and evening. Allow the effervescent to subside entirely before drinking.
Do not take on an empty stomach and reduce the dosage if you experience any bowel discomfort. Alternatively, use as prescribed by your health care practitioner.
