Hello Everyone,

I'll start the ball rolling seeing that it's my bright idea to ask everyone to introduce themselves in the forum. I don't think I need to say too much about myself as there is lots about who I am and what I do elsewhere on the site, so I'll focus this more toward what the intention of the forum is about.

Our ' Ask Alison ' blog page proved to be a popular place to ask questions and as we promised there, it's grown into this forum. As the page has grown with time, it revealed some limitations in that the questions and answers aren't always together in the same place, making it very difficult to follow the threads and find the answers if you weren't the one asking in the first place.

As we receive many very similar queries from people, we feel it would be helpful for everyone (including our team) if the answers can be found here. The forum allows replies to the specific query raised to be kept with it, and it becomes much more of a conversation. I generally keep an eye on all queries and try to answer many of them myself, but from time-to-time when I am too busy with consultations or teaching out of office, one of the AllisOne Team will provide the answer after checking in with me first. I also hope that we will share other things of interest here - recipes and other lifestyle tips that may benefit others in the community.

I sincerely hope that we have created something much more dynamic for the AllisOne members, and that you enjoy participating in these forum boards, which are still a bit of a work in progress as we launch them in February 2016. If I find the time, I may go through some of the older interesting questions from 'Ask Alison' and put them up here in the form of a story, so that we don't lose all the history that we have collected along the way.

Hi Alison
I have just been introduced to these cell salts and they seem amazing. I would like to start taking them asap. I am 55yr old and going through the menopause. My ongoing symptoms are anxiety, insomnia, joints and feet are painful and very low libido.
I would be so grateful of some help
