Hello,

I have some questions regarding your products, your help recommendation will be appreciated.

- Is it too much to give children (under 10 years old) everyday 2 tablets each for tissue salts Arthro synergy, Immune synergy, Rescue Synergy, and 11 Nat Sulph? I am having these tissue salts for myself so I giving them the samething instead of individual salts. They are having allergies (few months good few months bad) and not being a healthy child in general.

- I giving them 3 capsules of CLO (green pastrue) daily but the dosage recommended on the bottle is only 1 capsule a day. I used to give them 5 ml of CLO (other brands) before change to Green Pasture so I think 1 capsule (just 1 ml) is too little. Is it too much or I can increase to 5 capsules or 5 ml (for liquid) daily?

- Do you have in stock “X Factor Butter Oil” and “CLO cinnamon tingle”? How long for the delivery to Johannesburg?

Thank you :-)

Hello Shamus,

Thanks for your enquiry. The tissue salts doses are fine, especially if the children are susceptible to allergies or infections in general. When allergies etc. are worse, you can use them much more frequently during the day, and as they improve you can reduce accordingly.

The Green Pasture capsules are rather smaller in volume than the half a teaspoon that Green Pastures recommend as a maintenance dose. It isn't at all harmful to give them more, and you can safely increase up to 5ml in liquid. In this natural fermented form, the quantities of Vitamin A and D are not at all at a level to cause any concern.

We do have the Butter Oil in stock, but only in capsules; the Cinnamon Tingle flavoured Fermented Cod liver oil liquid is also available. You could consider the Infused Coconut Oil - a complete oil blend that contains the fermented cod liver oil, high vitamin butter oil, skate liver oil and coconut oil in Caramel or Cinnamon Tingle flavours.

These infusions were designed with families and children in mind and now only come in the 'family' size packaging. I have been using the Cinnamon Tingle variant and really enjoy it, whether on its own or when added into a smoothie. I suppose the only issue could arise in winter when the ambient cold causes it to solidify due to the coconut oil, but in summer it is very liquid in its presentation.

Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days by courier to Johannesburg.

All the best,
Alison
