Hello Tanya,

Thanks very much for posting your queries. I'd like to address the repeated question about which salts to give regarding 6X or 30X, that we only use 6X attenuation as biochemic tissue salts. Any higher potency (even a 12X) is homoeopathic and elicits a different response.

1) Thick white pus usually calls for Calc Sulph and Silicea . It sometimes requires Ferrum Phos and Kali Mur to address the inflammation and infection. If the cause of the infection is an untreatable tooth abscess, the abscess could persist in producing pus, and therefore it's quite difficult to predict how long it would take to see a result. We've seen excellent results clearing a chronic (6+ months) infected toe producing pus within a few days of using our Immuno Synergy , with frequent doses at least five or six times a day. I'm not sure what size the tablets are that you intend using, but with ours, I'd recommend one tablet at a time.

We have given pets and chickens tissue salts dissolved in a little water and syringed into the mouth in some instances, or crushed and added to food, and both ways seem to work with our salts. In some cases, it is possible to place the powder directly on the gums or tongue, and that would be the best.

Biochemic practice usually recommends Ferrum Phos for this kind of inflammatory pain. They can be given every 15 to 20 minutes if necessary – just a little of the powder at a time. It is also the Ferrum Phos that is used for raised temperatures unless they are very high. In that case, you need to give Kali Phos as well.

Dry skin could relate to a few salts: Nat Mur , Kali Sulph , and as far as hair loss goes, Silicea and Kali Sulph are related. I would recommend our Beauty Synergy as it contains all of these.

2) Any bleeding requires Ferrum Phos. The urinary system responds well to Kali Sulph, Nat Phos, Silicea and Calc Sulph. I would suggest our Pure Synergy which contains all of these salts, together with Nat Sulph which helps in detoxification. You could give her 2 to 3 of our tablets daily, and see how she goes. If you are using tiny tablets, you would need to increase that up to about 9 or 12 of each at a time (ours are 500mg per tablet, so can be anything from 3-6 times bigger than most other tissue salts).

I wish you all the best in helping your pets with the tissue salts. Please let us know how you get on.

Alison

Thank you for the response do you mean tiny tablets, is this the 6X? If so this would be 9 to 12 daily for my cat having blood in urine, right? How long for results on my cat do you think? And can I combine all together of 6X each salt and use this way for rabbit 4lbs and cat 10lbs? Is it best to separate any of these salts given to my rabbit or cat?

What is price of immuno synergy and pure synergy sent to usa not showing to buy on your website and I would love too try them?

For my rabbit's tooth abscess I will give all the salts 6x each that you recommended together 5 to 6 times daily is this right? How would I add the ferrum phos and kali mur for pain and inflammation how much at 6x and how often daily? Sounds like it might not last a long time helping with pain?
Thank you so much praying for results and will let you know!!

6X refers to the minerals being in a 1 part per million concentration, and the homoeopathic pills are sometimes made very tiny, but ours are formulated as mineral replacement biochemic salts and are a larger size for the purpose. So if you are using small pillules, you need to use more of them.

It's challenging to say how long it would take to anticipate a result for your cat. It depends on how long the problem has been there, how severe the mineral deficiency is, and where those minerals are being used elsewhere in the body. Younger and smaller animals or babies usually respond well to tissue salts. I would hope that you would see an improvement within 4 to 6 weeks.

You can blend the tissue salts in a mix for your rabbit or cat. If you happen to notice more blood in the urine of your cat, you could give the Ferrum Phos on its own at more frequent intervals. It's important to realise these don't work in the same way as a drug to suppress any pain; if the symptom persists, it means that the inflammation is not subsiding, or flaring up again, and therefore the need for frequent doses. You may undoubtedly give your animals anything recommended by your vet for pain in conjunction with the tissue salts. Medication can make your pet feel more comfortable by suppressing the pain, while the tissue salts are working from the inside-out.

There is a currency calculator alongside the products in the Online Shop if you are using a computer. On a mobile device, you may need to scroll a little to find the module. There you need to select US dollar, click on 'Change Currency', and the prices will change accordingly. I had a quick look this morning, and the large size containers are $28.54, and postage for up to approximately four of them would be $35.20. Thereafter it increments with the weight of the parcel and depends on how much you wish to order.

I hope that clarifies things a little.
