How to use the four equilibrium Aura-Soma bottles?

So I have seen various websites indicating that four equilibrium bottles be chosen during a session. My question is, do all four bottles have to be used daily at the same time? Or does a person work through each bottle individually and in succession i.e. start with a new bottle when the previous equilibrium bottle has been completed?
Also...on average...how long does a single equilibrium bottle last?
I visited a therapist who uses aurosoma...but she did not make me choose out of the over 100 bottles available. Instead, I was allowed to choose only one bottle out of four that she had on hand. Now seeing all of the different bottles available, I feel drawn to very different ones that I did not get a chance to choose at that initial session since only four were on display. I was also told to finish that bottle in one week.

Thanks for your query. Generally only one bottle is recommended for use at a time, and if you have an opportunity to choose again, we usually encourage that. Overseas practitioners have sometimes recommended all four, generally to be used one after another.

My hunch is that you didn't visit an Aura-Soma practitioner, but a different kind of therapist. The Aura-Soma bottles are sometimes incorporated into other techniques such as kinesiology, massage etc. and those therapists don't always keep the full set or recommend the bottles in the same way. Similarly, people sometimes pop in without a consultation and just choose one bottle to purchase and use. There are different ways that people meet Aura-Soma, and strangely enough, what you describe is how I first encountered it too! It ignited my interest and took me further on a path of discovery.

There is generally no recommended time to use a bottle, except to use it twice a day as a body lotion to completion. This could be as short as a week if the colours suggest all-over application, or six months or more if it is just a small area such as the forehead. I would say it averages out at around 6 - 12 weeks.

I'm not sure what motivated your therapist's instruction to use it all within one week, she may have her reasons. I would suggest that if that feels uncomfortable for you, apply it at your own regular pace to completion.

I have already completed that bottle about three weeks ago...and for some reason, I miss using it. I even dreamt of the bottle last week. So, yes definitely, I suddenly feel very curious about this modality. I like that you say that we all "meet" AuroSoma in our own way. Strangely, I feel a little emotional thinking of another bottle that seems to call to me whenever I see a picture of it...yet it has no colour at all (clear on clear). I may just find myself exploring this modality on my own...maybe by starting with that clear on clear bottle :lol:
