Hi and thanks so much for your post!
Veins are primarily related to
Calc Fluor
. This salt helps to keep the elasticity integrity so that they are less likely to bulge into varicose veins or break, forming the spider capillaries.
Ferrum Phos
also helps to build the strength and stability of the vessels. Sometimes, there are fluid balance considerations that require
Nat Mur
or
Nat Sulph
. If you have no problems with blood pressure, lymph or swelling, you can place lesser importance on these. Calc Fluor tends to be a long-term, slow-acting tissue salt that you may need to keep regularly using throughout your life.
Facial redness is generally associated with
-
Ferrum Phos
- oxygenation or chronic inflammation
-
Mag Phos
(anxiety, stress or inability to relax)
-
Nat Phos
- acid imbalance, particularly if rosacea is involved.
With any skin-related issue, I would also recommend using
Kali Sulph
and
Silicea
. Kali Sulph would also be definite in your instance with the itching, flaky scalp, and the itching part may benefit from Nat Mur. One addresses oily dryness, and the other the lack of moisture. Chapped lips come into the Calc Fluor, Nat Mur and Kali Sulph equation.
You can address the sleep issues and teeth grinding you describe with
Kali Phos
,
Calc Phos
and Mag Phos. Again, you may find that you need to persist for quite a few months, but there should be an improvement after a few weeks. I usually recommend that you use them during the day, but also keep them close to your bed at night. Use them each time when you wake, and gradually, you should find yourself sleeping more comfortably.
Our
AllisOne Tissue Salts
are much larger, lactose-free biochemic tablets than the usual homoeopathic pills are. I'm very confident about the high quality of our products. They're tooth-friendly and energetically balanced. We receive great feedback from people who use our product as to their efficacy, just have to find a way to encourage them to post that online!
I do offer facial analysis, either in person or via Skype as I assume you are in the USA. If you're interested, my staff can send you the details, or if you fancy a trip to South Africa, you can come to our
Tissue Salts for Vibrant Health
intensive course in November
All the best,
Alison
