CHRONIC ANAEMIA was created by annelle venter
Good day Allison,

Could you kindly suggest which tissue salts I can use and how I should take it for the following symptoms :

I suffer from chronic Anaemia because of heavy menstruation [fibroids] as well as nose bleeds.  My iron stores are sitting at 4 tested November 2021.  Nose bleeds were treated and stopped but Anaemia persists.

I also suffer with low stomach acid which introduced chronic candida, food sensitivities, chronic sinusitus.

I have been plagued with body pain similar to Fibromyalgia for the last 35 years because of uric acid.

There are also viruses present which left me with low immunity.

I would really appreciate your help in this regard and if you can suggest other products which work well if it is not tissue salts, that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Kind regards

Hi Anelle

It would help to help correct your anaemic condition if you used lots of Ferrum Phos and Calc Phos. Ferrum Phos is the iron itself, and Calc Phos is the basis of all cell renewal and repair. (We recommend Ferrum Phos for heavy periods and nosebleeds - both are related to the same deficiency.) I'd suggest around 8 -12 tablets a day of each - four tablets 2 or 3 times daily until there is an improvement in the iron count and perhaps heaviness or duration of your period. You may wish to consider Ferrum Phos, Calc Phos and Rescue Synergy if you suffer exhaustion as well. In that instance, you can use 2 Calc Phos and 2 Rescue Synergy together with the 4 Ferrum Phos.
Fibroids are sometimes related to excessive oestrogen levels, and natural progesterone cream can help manage that. However, you can't be on any synthetic hormones simultaneously (for example, the birth control pill or intra-uterine contraceptive devices containing progestins/progestogens).
The low stomach acid, candida etc., should be helped with Nat Phos, Calc Phos, Kali Mur and Kali Sulph.
The uric acid elimination requires Nat Phos in particular or the Pure Synergy.
We usually go with Immuno Synergy to assist low immunity. If you are using Ferrum Phos, Rescue and Pure Synergy, it will hopefully take care of that within the process. Ferrum Phos is the anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory of the tissue salts and so your chronic iron deficiency is probably the reason that you are susceptible to the viruses.
So, I think to round it up, the starting recommendation is to use Ferrum Phos , Calc Phos , Rescue Synergy  and Pure Synergy , and see how things go for a few weeks. You can use two of the Pure Synergy, Calc Phos, Rescue Synergy and four of the Ferrum Phos two or three times daily.

Thank you very much Allison. I shall print and figure this out so I understand what and when I should take the salts. Luckily I am not on any synthetic hormones such as you mention. If I use this treatment long enough will it eradicate the viruses and candida in my body.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions.

It's a pleasure, Annelle. I hope you start experiencing a shift soon. My journey into tissue salts was also due to chronic low ferritin counts whilst I was in my 30s, with similar issues as to those you describe, although I didn't have the fibroids. It takes a while for the iron levels to improve on a test result, but you should notice an improvement in your energy levels, duration of the cycle, general wellbeing along the way.

All the best.
