Tissue Salts ingredients

Tissue Salts ingredients was created by Nicky
I am currently taking most of your salts a few times per day.
My first question is, apart from the active salt, what else is in the tablet, there is nothing listed on the container, so it does concern me as to what I am swallowing so regularly? Are you able to give the other ingredients that make up a tablet & do they have any side effects for long term usage, anything one should be aware or, interaction with other meds etc?
My next question is, can I take a handful of the different salts all at once or should I swallow a few at a time? For instance, the detox number 11 should that be taken separately will it not affect the way the efficacy of the other salts? Thankyou

Hi Nicky

I believe I answered the first question for you via the office email in December 2020, so I will refer you to this comprehensive explanation of the sugar alcohols in our tissue salts. The sugar alcohols form the base that holds the mineral energies. Biochemic tissue salts, similarly to homoeopathy, traditionally only list the active ingredient and level of dilution - ours is a D6 or one part per million.

I can assure you that no one takes more tissue salts than I do, and I have done so with the sugar-alcohol formulation since 2004. I only feel the benefits and have not developed any problem taking lots of tissue salts daily. It is, of course, always at the back of one's mind when you, at some level, consider them to be medication. I have always stated that they are mineral energies similar to those found in food, and your body recognises, utilises and absorbs them as such. This article has a bit more information regarding that.

Cells absorb the nutrients they need by affinity; thus, it doesn't affect the efficiency of the other tissue salts when you take different ones together. Some people prefer taking them separately; I never had time in my busy schedule to time them or separate doses with time gaps. So I've always just suggested that people use them in the most comfortable manner.

Some confusion can arise when people are familiar with homoeopathy, sometimes bringing that about. As these are mineral constituents of your body, rather than foreign substances (sometimes toxins) used in homoeopathy, the result of taking biochemic tissue salts is one of nourishing the cells and rebalancing minerals as opposed to the goal of inducing an energetic shift homoeopathically.

I hope that sets your mind at ease.

Best wishes,
Alison
