Varicose veins was created by Elana Sissison
Hi Alison

I don't have veins protruding in my legs, but on my one leg, I can see the blue veins through the skin. On the other leg, I don't.

Is there anything I can take to remove the blue veins showing through the skin?

Thank you.

Hi Elana

Sometimes, this is caused by pressure from one leg being on top of the other whilst crossing them, or similar habits that result in the veins taking peripheral routes to return the blood flow to the heart. Calc Fluor is the primary tissue salt that helps with the elasticity of vessels and reduces prominent veins. It is slow-acting and must be taken regularly for at least a year. I think Silicea is always good to help strengthen the connective tissue as well. You could either use them individually, or in a combination like the Beauty Synergy that has salts in it that will also help to influence the fluid balance and maintain blood viscosity.

With very best wishes
Alison
